About the Role
Discovery Education is hiring a Professional Learning Manager to lead the lifecycle of its professional learning facilitators—from recruitment and onboarding to coaching and performance management. You’ll collaborate across departments, use data to drive decisions, and ensure facilitators deliver high-quality, impactful PD sessions for educators.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management of professional learning facilitators (PLFs).
Collaborate with implementation specialists to refine PLF support and session quality.
Design onboarding and scalable coaching models for adult learners.
Develop and track performance metrics to evaluate professional learning effectiveness.
Use data to inform decision-making and continuously improve facilitator support.
Occasionally facilitate sessions and directly mentor PLFs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent experience.
5+ years of K–12 classroom experience.
Formal coaching experience.
Experience in onboarding, supporting, and developing adult learners.
Willingness to travel up to 60% during peak seasons (especially summer).
Authorized to work in the U.S.
