Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 annually

Calling all education pros who know how to run a room and support a system. Kiddom is seeking a dynamic Professional Learning Partner to deliver engaging, high-impact PD that helps districts implement high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) with success. If you’ve got coaching chops, a heart for equity, and can travel up to 70% of the time, this role is your next move.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate impactful virtual and in-person PD sessions for educators and district leaders
Align Kiddom’s professional learning with district goals and instructional priorities
Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to ensure seamless implementation
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years in education, coaching, or PD facilitation
Proven expertise in HQIM and adult learning best practices
Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience implementing digital curriculum platforms
Knowledge of Kiddom’s instructional resources and platform
Comfort with fast-paced travel (up to 70%)
