About the Role
GreenLight Fund is seeking a highly organized Coordinator, Office of the CEO to provide administrative and logistical support to the CEO and Chief of Staff. Key Responsibilities
Own CEO scheduling and calendar management
Coordinate travel, meeting logistics, expense reports, and email/voicemail monitoring
Support the national calendar, staff directory, and organizational communications
Assist in logistics and materials preparation for Board meetings and onboarding
Provide administrative support for internal leadership meetings and staff events
Maintain templates and prep materials for presentations and strategic meetings
Qualifications
Required:
1–3 years in an administrative, operations, or executive support role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience handling scheduling and logistics in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred:
Familiarity with project management tools
Experience coordinating meetings and events for C-level staff
