About the Role

GreenLight Fund is seeking a highly organized Coordinator, Office of the CEO to provide administrative and logistical support to the CEO and Chief of Staff. Key Responsibilities

  • Own CEO scheduling and calendar management

  • Coordinate travel, meeting logistics, expense reports, and email/voicemail monitoring

  • Support the national calendar, staff directory, and organizational communications

  • Assist in logistics and materials preparation for Board meetings and onboarding

  • Provide administrative support for internal leadership meetings and staff events

  • Maintain templates and prep materials for presentations and strategic meetings

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1–3 years in an administrative, operations, or executive support role

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Experience handling scheduling and logistics in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with project management tools

  • Experience coordinating meetings and events for C-level staff
