Salary: $54,600–$85,000/annually + commission
About the Role
McGraw-Hill is hiring a Curriculum Specialist with a strong STEM and ELA background to support educational sales efforts. This role bridges classroom expertise with product knowledge to help school districts implement innovative learning solutions. Key Responsibilities
Deliver dynamic pre- and post-sales presentations to school districts
Train educators and support successful product implementations
Serve as a subject matter expert in STEM and ELA instruction
Develop strategic support plans for customers in partnership with sales teams
Stay current on pedagogical trends and K–12 education initiatives
Travel extensively (up to 80%) within your territory
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
5+ years K–12 teaching experience, ideally in Math, Science, or ELA
Strong presentation skills and experience working with school/district stakeholders
Valid U.S. driver’s license and proximity to a major airport in MI, OH, or IL
Comfort with both virtual and in-person training environments
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel independently
Preferred:
Experience in educational sales or curriculum coaching
Spanish language fluency
