Salary: $54,600–$85,000/annually + commission

About the Role

McGraw-Hill is hiring a Curriculum Specialist with a strong STEM and ELA background to support educational sales efforts. This role bridges classroom expertise with product knowledge to help school districts implement innovative learning solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver dynamic pre- and post-sales presentations to school districts

  • Train educators and support successful product implementations

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in STEM and ELA instruction

  • Develop strategic support plans for customers in partnership with sales teams

  • Stay current on pedagogical trends and K–12 education initiatives

  • Travel extensively (up to 80%) within your territory

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

  • 5+ years K–12 teaching experience, ideally in Math, Science, or ELA

  • Strong presentation skills and experience working with school/district stakeholders

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and proximity to a major airport in MI, OH, or IL

  • Comfort with both virtual and in-person training environments

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel independently

Preferred:

  • Experience in educational sales or curriculum coaching

  • Spanish language fluency
