You'll support Florida districts using Age of Learning’s adaptive platforms, driving engagement and learning outcomes with thoughtful onboarding, training, and strategic support.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver in-person and virtual training, onboarding, and ongoing support to districts and schools across Florida
Act as the voice of the customer—collaborating with product, sales, and engineering teams to solve problems and improve satisfaction
Build lasting partnerships through proactive engagement strategies that support platform use and renewal success
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
Fluent in both English and Spanish
3+ years’ experience in K–12 education, EdTech, or client success
Ability to travel up to 80% within Florida
Preferred:
Experience with CRM platforms
Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS tools used in education
Strong professional development facilitation skills
