Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 annually

If you love helping schools roll out tech solutions that actually make life easier, this Implementation Manager role is calling your name. You'll guide new school districts through onboarding, data integration, and training — making a big impact in how schools and families stay connected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client implementations, from initial data migration to system setup and administrator training

  • Ensure a seamless transition to Customer Support once onboarding is complete

  • Maintain CRM documentation, troubleshoot integration issues, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Required:

  • 2+ years experience in EdTech customer implementations or school/district tech support

  • Excellent time management and project coordination skills

  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Jira, Zendesk

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Basic knowledge of SFTP and API processes for data collection
