Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple client implementations, from initial data migration to system setup and administrator training
Ensure a seamless transition to Customer Support once onboarding is complete
Maintain CRM documentation, troubleshoot integration issues, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years experience in EdTech customer implementations or school/district tech support
Excellent time management and project coordination skills
Strong communication skills and familiarity with tools like Hubspot, Jira, Zendesk
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree
Basic knowledge of SFTP and API processes for data collection
