Twinkl is hiring a Fifth Grade Curriculum Writer to develop creative, standards-aligned educational resources for U.S. classrooms. This remote, part-time role is perfect for experienced upper elementary educators ready to make an impact from home. You’ll write engaging content that’s turned into polished resources by Twinkl’s design team—and seen by millions of teachers across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Create printable and digital fifth grade teaching resources

• Align content to state academic standards

• Research curriculum trends to ensure classroom relevance

• Meet weekly resource quotas and participate in team check-ins

• Collaborate with editors, designers, and illustrators

Qualifications

Required:

• Certified/licensed elementary teacher (TX or FL), currently in good standing

• 2+ years of recent public school classroom experience (Grade 5 preferred)

• Strong grammar, writing, and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

• Familiarity with standards-aligned lesson design

• Passion for education and digital learning tools

• Reliable internet and personal tech setup
