As a Partner Success Manager, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for schools and districts using Zearn Math, helping them implement the platform, analyze usage and impact data, and expand success across classrooms. You’ll lead trainings, deliver compelling presentations, and foster trust with K–8 education leaders. If you have district leadership experience and thrive on turning partnerships into real student growth, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Lead calls, webinars, and product demos for school and district administrators
Support implementation through strategic planning and relationship-building
Serve as the go-to Zearn contact for Louisiana-based partners
Analyze usage and impact data and share actionable insights with schools
Represent Zearn at education events and conferences
Collaborate with internal teams to share field feedback and insights
Qualifications
Required:
Live in Louisiana or South Carolina and can travel in-state for meetings 6–8 times per year
Have 7+ years of K–8 education experience and 3+ years in school/district leadership
Build strong, trust-based relationships with educators and administrators
Have excellent presentation, listening, and communication skills
Are confident with data analysis and can translate insights into decisions
Believe in math equity and Zearn’s mission to reach every learner
