As a Data Integrity Coordinator on Amplify’s PD Operations team, you’ll help ensure time cards and expense reports from contractor educators are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready. Ideal for educators with strong attention to detail and a love for structure, systems, and remote collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Review and approve contractor time cards and expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance
Communicate with contractors and team leads to resolve data issues
Maintain organized records and generate reports for audits and leadership
Qualifications
Required:
1+ year of experience reviewing time cards or expense reports
Attention to detail and ability to spot data discrepancies
Comfortable using digital tools for finance and document management
Preferred:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field
Familiarity with Amplify systems (Google Workspace, Excel, Workday)
Experience working with remote teams or contractors
