Key Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment, selection, and support of instructional material reviewers
Develop evaluation tools and training modules aligned to educational standards (TEKS)
Manage content quality reviews, rubric implementation, and reviewer communications
Qualifications
Required:
Master’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field
5–10 years in K–12 education, curriculum development, or instructional material review
Strong knowledge of TEKS and High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM)
Preferred:
Experience delivering reviewer training and quality assurance processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, media platforms, and basic graphic design software
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines with a sharp eye for detail
