Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and support a team of Learning Coaches across multiple channels
Monitor performance and lead quality improvement through coaching and feedback
Collaborate with leadership to enhance learner satisfaction and streamline operations
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Experience in call center, customer service, or supervisory roles
Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills
Preferred:
Background in post-secondary education or academic advising
Familiarity with phone systems, CRM tools, and online learning platforms
Calm under pressure and skilled in problem-solving and team development
