Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, train, and support a team of Learning Coaches across multiple channels

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

  • Experience in call center, customer service, or supervisory roles

  • Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills

Preferred:

  • Background in post-secondary education or academic advising

  • Familiarity with phone systems, CRM tools, and online learning platforms

  • Calm under pressure and skilled in problem-solving and team development
