Key Responsibilities
Design and optimize professional development content and delivery across LMS and in-person platforms
Lead and scale a network of contractors for national and international PD facilitation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve engagement, time to competency, and user activity metrics
Qualifications
Required:
Experience managing professional development operations and facilitators
Knowledge of LMS and online learning platforms
Strong data-driven approach to PD effectiveness and user engagement
Preferred:
Teaching experience
Background in EdTech and/or training design
Experience delivering PD internationally
