About the Role

AllSet Education is hiring a PE Curriculum Developer to design engaging, inclusive, and standards-aligned K–6 physical education content. This is a remote contract role with flexible hours, ideal for an experienced PE teacher or curriculum writer ready to make an impact beyond the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write project-based, standard-aligned PE curriculum (outlines, lesson plans, assessments)

  • Integrate differentiation, scaffolding, and UDL principles

  • Design culturally responsive and trauma-informed resources

  • Collaborate with the Curriculum & Learning Team

  • Incorporate feedback to improve content quality

  • Research trends and support pilot program design

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2+ years writing K–6 PE curriculum

  • 2+ years teaching K–6 physical education

Preferred:

  • Excellent writing and editing

  • Familiar with CA and National Standards

  • Detail-oriented, flexible, and feedback-driven

  • Strong understanding of child development
