Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
Lead schools and districts through program change to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.
Design and facilitate professional development and communities of practice around inclusive, evidence-based strategies.
Coach teachers and leaders to create accessible, high-quality learning environments for diverse learners.
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years of system-level leadership or SPED system improvement experience
Proven track record coaching teachers and improving outcomes for diverse learners
Strong public speaking and professional development facilitation skills
Preferred:
Advanced degree in Special Education or BCBA certification
Deep knowledge of evidence-based strategies, data-driven practices, and DEI principles
