About the Role

As an Assessment Implementation Specialist at IXL, you’ll help schools and districts maximize the impact of IXL’s assessment suite through strategic planning, data analysis, and professional learning.
Key Responsibilities
Guide school and district leaders in successfully implementing IXL’s assessment tools
Deliver impactful professional development (virtual & on-site) on assessment strategies
Collaborate with product and curriculum teams to create user-friendly assessment resources
Qualifications
Required:
Experience as a Director of Assessment or similar district/state role
Deep understanding of K–12 assessments (diagnostics, screeners, benchmarks, etc.)
Proven ability to interpret data and drive strategy for student achievement
Preferred:
Strong presentation and professional development delivery skills
Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Passion for educational technology and instructional impact
