Salary: $75,000 - $115,000/annually

Love writing but hate fluff? Kiddom is hiring an RFP Writer to lead strategic, high-stakes proposal development for instructional materials. You’ll collaborate across teams to craft compelling, compliant proposals that win state adoptions. If you’ve got a talent for translating complex ideas into crystal-clear, persuasive content—and can manage deadlines like a pro—this remote role might be your next big move.

Key Responsibilities

• 5+ years in RFP writing, content strategy, or technical writing

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with RFP platforms (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO, Responsive)

• Detail-oriented and deadline-driven with a knack for persuasive writing

Qualifications

Required:

• Master’s in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field

• 7+ years in curriculum development or ed publishing; 3+ years in a leadership role

• Deep knowledge of K-12 academic standards and instructional design

• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills

• Passion for equity in education and empathy for teachers

Preferred:

• Grant writing or funding proposal experience

• Familiarity with APMP best practices

• Experience synthesizing technical info into clear, compelling messaging
