About the Role
Are you ready to lead a team that’s reimagining what curriculum can be? Kiddom is hiring a Director of Curriculum to oversee a powerhouse team of Subject Matter Experts as they build innovative, tech-powered, standards-aligned content. You’ll guide curriculum design from concept to classroom, using research, data, and creative leadership to deliver impactful digital learning experiences for every student.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Curriculum Team in developing research-based, inclusive instructional content
Ensure alignment with academic standards and best practices in pedagogy, assessment, and instructional design
Collaborate with product teams to integrate curriculum into Kiddom’s tech platform
Establish systems for curriculum QA and monitor performance using data and user feedback
Stay on the pulse of educational trends, AI-driven content, and K-12 innovations
Qualifications
Required:
Master’s in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field
7+ years in curriculum development or ed publishing; 3+ years in a leadership role
Deep knowledge of K-12 academic standards and instructional design
Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills
Passion for equity in education and empathy for teachers
Preferred:
Experience with HQIM programs (especially those offered by Kiddom)
Familiarity with digital curriculum design and edtech tools
