Salary: $90,000 - $120,000/annually

About the Role

Are you ready to lead a team that’s reimagining what curriculum can be? Kiddom is hiring a Director of Curriculum to oversee a powerhouse team of Subject Matter Experts as they build innovative, tech-powered, standards-aligned content. You’ll guide curriculum design from concept to classroom, using research, data, and creative leadership to deliver impactful digital learning experiences for every student.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the Curriculum Team in developing research-based, inclusive instructional content

  • Ensure alignment with academic standards and best practices in pedagogy, assessment, and instructional design

  • Collaborate with product teams to integrate curriculum into Kiddom’s tech platform

  • Establish systems for curriculum QA and monitor performance using data and user feedback

  • Stay on the pulse of educational trends, AI-driven content, and K-12 innovations

Qualifications

Required:

  • Master’s in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or related field

  • 7+ years in curriculum development or ed publishing; 3+ years in a leadership role

  • Deep knowledge of K-12 academic standards and instructional design

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills

  • Passion for equity in education and empathy for teachers

Preferred:

  • Experience with HQIM programs (especially those offered by Kiddom)

  • Familiarity with digital curriculum design and edtech tools
