About the Role
Edmentum is hiring a State Program Manager to help align digital learning solutions with state education policies. In this fully remote role, you'll coordinate internal teams, track education policy, manage compliance, and support state-level adoption strategies. It’s a high-impact, behind-the-scenes position perfect for educators or program managers passionate about policy, operations, and equity in education.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of Edmentum’s state adoption and compliance strategies
Maintain documentation for grants, adoptions, and standards alignment
Monitor state and federal education policy and communicate updates to internal teams
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product and program alignment
Assist in risk management and compliance tracking
Qualifications
Required:
3–5 years of experience in program coordination, education policy, or project management
Knowledge of state and federal education regulations
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred:
Passion for equity and digital learning
Ability to interpret and apply education policy in an operational context
Interest in continuous improvement and innovation
