Location: 2 Positions - Sacramento, CA/San Francisco (Hybrid) & Fairfax, VA (Hybrid)

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000/annually

About the Role

Want to blend your love of adult learning, curriculum, and coaching into one powerful role? Kiddom is hiring 2 Professional Learning Partners to lead high-impact professional development sessions, both virtually and in person. You’ll collaborate with district leaders, Customer Success teams, and Kiddom’s internal curriculum experts to ensure every educator has the support they need to thrive. These are flexible, high-impact contract roles for teachers or coaches who are comfortable with travel. Current openings include facilitation in California and Virginia.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging PD sessions for teachers and instructional leaders (virtually & in-person)

• Tailor trainings to meet district instructional goals and priorities

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives

• Support onboarding and implementation of Kiddom’s HQIM platform

• Provide follow-up communications and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years in education, instructional coaching, or professional learning facilitation

• Proven track record delivering PD to educators and district leadership

• Strong tech integration skills and familiarity with HQIM

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Willingness to travel up to 70% regionally

Preferred:

• Experience with curriculum implementation across schools or districts

• Deep knowledge of instructional technology tools and adult learning best practices
