Salary: $31–$50/hour
About the Role
Looking to support educators without returning to the classroom? Kiddom is hiring 4 Professional Learning Facilitators to lead engaging virtual and in-person educator PD sessions. These are flexible, high-impact contract roles for teachers or coaches who are comfortable with travel. Current openings include facilitation in California, Texas, Virginia, and Georgia.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate interactive PD sessions for educators and leaders, both virtually and on-site
Collaborate with Kiddom teams to tailor sessions and ensure alignment with educator needs
Manage session prep, logistics, follow-ups, and feedback documentation
Qualifications
Required:
3+ years in education, instructional coaching, or PD facilitation
Proven experience leading adult learning (virtual and/or in-person)
Strong tech skills with webinar and learning management platforms
Preferred:
Master’s degree in Education or related field
Familiarity with Kiddom’s platform or similar curriculum tools
Ability to travel 80–90%, including overnight stays
