Kiddom is seeking a Head of Professional Learning and Development to design and deliver strategic educator training aligned with digital curriculum integration. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity perfect for former administrators, PD specialists, and edtech-savvy educators who want to shape systems and drive district-wide growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead scalable professional learning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and customer success to align educator training with business outcomes.
PD Innovation & Delivery: Lead, design, and scale high-quality, measurable PD experiences—both in-person (up to 50% travel) and asynchronously.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree + 10+ years in professional learning, education leadership, or curriculum implementation
Expertise in adult learning theory and creating high-impact PD (asynchronous + synchronous)
Strong K-12 and edtech knowledge, with success driving adoption and retention metrics
Preferred:
Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in instructional design or edtech
Familiarity with asynchronous PD creation tools and learning management systems
Experience managing both full-time staff and contract facilitators
