Modern Classrooms Project is hiring a mission-driven leader with a background in math education to oversee curriculum-aligned partnerships and elevate instructional quality across schools and districts. This role is perfect for former educators or administrators who’ve led math initiatives and are excited to scale impact through professional learning and systems-level change.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow strategic partnerships to support math instruction aligned with the MCP model
Design and deliver high-impact professional learning experiences and coaching
Build and manage a growing team focused on curriculum-aligned implementation
Qualifications
Required:
Deep expertise in math instruction and professional development
Experience in K–12 education leadership or school systems
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred:
Familiarity with Eureka Math Squared or Illustrative Math
Experience managing strategic partnerships or contracts
Comfort with tools like Salesforce, Asana, and Google Suite
