Key Responsibilities
Provide empathetic, high-quality tech support via phone, chat, and email
Log and resolve support tickets using internal tools like Salesforce and Intercom
Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot issues and delight customers
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ year of customer service experience
Comfortable using Google Suite
Preferred:
Experience in IT/help desk support
Edtech, education, or Apple/Mac product experience
Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Intercom, or TalkDesk
