As a Support Services Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person helping educators and schools resolve tech issues with Amplify’s digital learning tools. This is a perfect contract role for former teachers looking to pivot into edtech without a steep learning curve.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic, high-quality tech support via phone, chat, and email

  • Log and resolve support tickets using internal tools like Salesforce and Intercom

  • Collaborate with teammates to troubleshoot issues and delight customers

Qualifications

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ year of customer service experience

  • Comfortable using Google Suite

Preferred:

  • Experience in IT/help desk support

  • Edtech, education, or Apple/Mac product experience

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Intercom, or TalkDesk
