Salary: $75,000–$80,000/year (Full-Time, Annual Bonus + Full Benefits)

About the Role

Bash Advisory, a boutique consulting firm serving nonprofits nationwide, is hiring a Development Manager, Education to support education nonprofits in building powerful fundraising strategies and donor relationships. This fully remote role is ideal for a strong communicator with nonprofit or education-sector experience who’s passionate about equity in education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to align fundraising strategy with mission priorities

  • Identify and engage prospective donors and funders

  • Draft compelling grant proposals, narratives, and cases for support

  • Manage grant and reporting calendars and meet all deadlines

  • Create donor communications like email series, impact reports, and appeals

  • Support client success through ongoing strategy, writing, and special projects

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years of experience in nonprofits (education orgs preferred)

Preferred:

  • Exceptional written communication and narrative development

  • Strong organizational skills and deadline management

  • Confident relationship builder with a client-service mindset

  • Self-starter who thrives independently and collaboratively

  • Passion for educational equity and nonprofit mission work
