Kiddom is hiring a Technical Onboarding Specialist to guide K-12 schools through the setup of their innovative digital learning platform. Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Rostering: Support schools with roster setup, curriculum provisioning, and tech troubleshooting.
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with educators, IT teams, and sales to ensure a smooth launch experience.
Systems Thinking: Manage multiple projects and data integrations across SIS/LMS platforms like Clever, ClassLink, and OneRoster.
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years in technical onboarding, instructional technology, or educational data management
Familiarity with SIS/LMS platforms, SSO tools, and rostering systems
Strong communication and project coordination skills
Preferred:
Bachelor's in IT, EdTech, or Computer Science (Master’s a plus)
Experience in K-12 school systems or EdTech implementation
Comfort with identity management, user provisioning, and privacy compliance.
